At Flutter Yen Aesthetics, we’re so grateful to have you as our client. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and these simple policies help us provide the best experience possible while respecting the time of our clients and our team. 💗
Appointment Fee
A non-refundable fee of 50% of your service total, with a $30 minimum, is required to secure your appointment. This fee is applied toward your service total.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We completely understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your appointment fee.

No-shows will result in forfeiture of the appointment fee.

Please call or text 978-571-7711 for all cancellations or rescheduling.

Please do not message us through social media, as messages are not monitored daily.
Late Arrivals
We kindly ask that you arrive on time so we can give you the full attention and care you deserve. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled and/or treated as a no-show. This allows us to stay on schedule and respect the appointments that follow.
Lash Extensions From Another Artist
For the health of your natural lashes and the best possible results, we do not infill another artist's lash work. A removal and new full set will be required. If you arrive with extensions from another artist, a $30 removal fee applies.
Lash Hygiene
Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup whenever possible. This allows us to maximize your appointment time and achieve the best retention. Additional cleansing may reduce your service time and may result in a $30 lash bath fee.
