Service Description

This service includes a brow tinting, shaping and waxing. This generally lasts 2-6 weeks, depending on skin type and lifestyle.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us here at Flutter Yen, it is time reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. The Non-Refundable Deposit Fee Policy ​ To secure an appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit fee. This fee will be discounted off the cost of your treatment. Payment is made when you initially book online, either by PayPal or Vemo (if over the phone/online) or also in cash in person if you prefer. The 48 Hour Cancellation Notice Policy ​ If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call/email at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. If advanced notice is not provided, you will forfeit your deposit fee. “NO SHOWS” will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. The Early Policy ​ Please arrive at your appointment on time. If you arrive early, please wait until your allocated slot as we may be with another client or preparing for your appointment. ​ More Than 15 Minutes Late to Your Appointment We will always try our best to accommodate you if you are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be rescheduled and treated like a NO SHOW. We need to accommodate and be respectful of appointments that follow yours. The Infilling Other Technicians Work Policy We are unable to guarantee uniformity and retention of another artist's work, therefore, we do not do infills from a different artist. A removal and full-set would be required in this instance. ​ The Lash Hygiene Policy We'd like to give every available minute possible to applying your lashes. So please arrive at your appointment, whether it is for infill or full set, with NO eye make-up on. Eye makeup can affect lash extensions and removing it takes up time and eats into the slot you have paid for, and a possible up charge of $30 for a lash bath if necessary. ​ *** Our prices and policies are subject to change without prior notice. ***
